Present — Five Minute Friday

Now, set your timer, clear your head, for five minutes of free writing without worrying about getting it right.

1. Write for 5 minutes flat – no editing, no over thinking, no backtracking.
2. Link back here and invite others to join in.
3. And then absolutely, no ifs, ands or buts about it, you need to visit the person who linked up before you & encourage them in their comments. Seriously. That is, like, the rule. And the fun. And the heart of this community..

OK, are you ready? Please give us your best five minutes on:::

Present…

Present is so much more than what people realize it is. Present in the cirucmstances you are in. PResent with your family. Present at your work enviroment.

Many people do no realize that being present  after a tornado is hard to do. Being present where things are the hardest to concentrate on. Being present and returning to work are two different things. Yet reminding yourself that God is present in each of your circumstances. PResent while you have walked the rough road ahead, and knownly He walked the exact same road as you walked. He presently walks with us through our cirucmstances. ALways near us with every good intention in mind for our lives. He presents us with the best opportunities to witness, to invite the person needs to come to BSF with you or to just join your family for dinner.

A Living Sacrifice

12 I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.National guard  2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

This reminds me we need to present ourselves as a living sacrifice for Him. specifically tells us to do so. We are living sacrifices to God. Henceforth Present ourselves as a sacrifice to Him.
