A survivor has been struggling for a few months but uniquely their own perspectives. The outsiders have one but they need to have a teder heart toward the survivors.
The messenger is the one who brings messages of what God wants them to do or perhaps even tell the survivors. The messengers need to be intently in the Word of God and ready to speak when they are to speak by God. Messengers also need to to pray each time they head out and to be willing to be ready to be used when God says it is time.
Volunteers also are like messengers. They need to be ready to be used by God. Volunteers, like messengers are the hands and feet of Jesus.
