In between times are often the hardest for a survivor of a disaster. In between times when everything seems pretty chaotic. Everything isn’t there that normally is there. Holidays are a bit awkward in the least bit. Family needs these in between times to heal, and slowly bring their minds back to what God has given them. What they are currently blessed with. In between where God is going to bring them, and what He will bring them through.
Sometimes these in between times are times for us to grow in our spiritual walk with Christ. A walk so that pushes us toward Him. Sometimes you feel as if you are in between a rock and a hard place. Have you ever consider those times are to grow us in our faith. These are the moments to grab and run with God and to God the Father with all that you have got. It may seem unfair but God has a reason. We may not know why until we get to heaven and see the whole picture there.
Remember there are 400 years in between the old testament and the new testament? This is a time where God is silent, but He was still working in the background, preparing for the right moment for His only Begotten Son to come to this earth to die for everyone.
A New beginning is being started in these in between times of the disaster and your new lives. New lives which God will bless you with. A blessing that others want to bestow upon you. A New life that is filled with adventure. Yet God will Always be beside you through the entire time you recover. It may seem like nothing ever ends but God has his blessings upon Them.
This is the blessing that Aaron gave upon the people of Israel. This is a song also by John Waller who sings the Aaronic Blessing. I is so wonderful…

It is so worshipful and that We need to bless those who are in the in between stage of the disasters. Pray blessings upon them. Left and Right. And be walking alongside the survivors.
How would you like to bless a survivor of a natural disaster?
What steps do you take to help them?
How will you slowly help them recover?
What scriptures would you pray over them?
If words are hard for you to come up with…pray then for the survivors.
Remember they have been through a whole lot, but always remind them they are in your prayers. They need the reassurance in the in between stages of their lives.
Let us also remember the song Trust & Obey
Trust and obey for there’s no other way, To be happy in Jesus but to trust and obey.
For we need to do this before we begin our reaching out. To obey God in what he tells us to say and also to bless them.
